(3) Installation & Uninstallation

Installation:
You can download the program setup file from our site at first, then double click the setup file, it will automaticlly be installed at you computer by default settings .Just press "OK" or "Cancle" etc.

    Uninstallation:
    a) Open windows start menu, click "PS to Image "->"Uninstall PS to Image" to remove the program.
    b) Open windows control panel, double click Add/Remove Programs, and delete "PS to Image" to remove the program.

(5) Getting started

PS to Image Converter is very easy to use. All you need to do is to choose the ps/eps documents that you want to convert and modify the settings,after that you just need to click "Convert" button. The main interface looks like below picture.

Quick to use PS to Image Converter

step 1. You just clik the button "Add Files" or "Add Directories" to add ps/eps files which will be converted image files into the programe list,or you can move the mouse upon the programe list and right press mouse,it appears the pop-up menu, you select button "Add files..." or "Add directories...",which has same function. It looks like the following window.

step 2. After the ps/eps files have been added into the programe list, you can update the settings of conversion, just you move the mouse upon the button "Settings" and click it, then it appears the following "setting" window. If you accept the default settings,the following all you need to do is to click "Convert".

step 3. When all settings have been sured, all you need to do is click button "OK" to accept or button "Cancel" to reject. After click button "OK" then click button "Convert", It starts working and looks like the following window. When the program is working, all button are disabled except the button "Stop".

(6) General options

Click the "Settings" button, then select the "General Options " page.

a) Save Mode

The system supports two kinds of save mode. You can save the result of image documents to the input directory,also save to the custom directory.If the custom directory is not exist,it will be created. By default, the system places the image documents in the same directory with the PDF document. If you need to save image files to other directories, check the "Save to following" and click the "Browse" button. You may also manually type in the directory name or just copy/paste it.

b) Tiff Save Mode

	■ Save one ps/eps file into multiple tiff file (single page tiff).
	■ Save one ps/eps file into one tiff file (multiple pages tiff).
	■ Save all ps/eps file into one tiff file (multiple pages tiff).

c) Record Log

You can sure to record log after you check the "Record Log ",and you can place log file at any directory which you like,the log file is default placed at the program directory. The information that program recorded looks like the following.

(7) Image options

	Click the "Settings" button, then select the "Image Options " page.
	The program supports multifarious image format, such as 'bmp', 'tif/tiff', 'jpg/jpeg', 'gif', 'png', 'pcx', 'emf', 'wmf' etc.Through the image option you can set image file type,outputting result image dpi, 1 or 4 or 8 or 24 color bits of the image, colorized or grayscale palette, jpg compression quality and the compression of the tif/tiff etc.

a) Image Type
