Introduction

AP PDF to WORD Batch Converter is a useful pdf tool, the converter produces fully functional Rich Text Format (PDF to DOC / PDF to WORD ) documents with text, pictures, graphics etc, using the original PDF document formatting.It does not need any software support, such as Adobe Acrobat, Acrobat Reader, etc. PDF to WORD preserves text,image and graphics layout in the generated word document PDF layout accurately.

AP PDF to WORD Batch Converter supports outputting result pages to be customized.You can select sevral pages document to convert,and even at the discretion of you to convert pages document. Such as "1,2,3","2-100" etc,more information,please reference to page range setting. It process the documents one after another, to ensure a output directory for each of them and placing all the finished files of the document into its corresponding directory.

Installation and uninstallation

Install AP PDF to WORD/RTF Batch Converter

You can download the programe setup file from our site at first,then double click the setup file,it will automaticlly be installed at you computer by default settings.Just press "OK" or "Cancle" etc. The steps reference to following.

step 1. Double click the install file and then the setup 'welcome' window appears.

step 2. Click "Next" appears the 'Select Destination Location' window,now you can select the programe installation directory or use default settings.

step 3. Click "Next" appears the 'Select Start Memu Folder' window to let you select start menu folder,default folder is "Ap PDF to WORD ".Of course you can input any name of the folder which you like.

step 4. Click "Next" appears the 'Select Additional Tasks'' window,it allow you to create a desktop icon and a quick launch icon after you check the settings.

step 5. Click "Next" appears the 'Ready to Install' window,it allow you to start installation program.

step 6. Click "install" to install the program to you computer,after the programe has been installed,it appears the 'completing' window.Then you click "finish",the installation is over.

Uninstall AP PDF to WORD/RTF Batch Converter

1. Open windows system start menu,click "Ap PDF to WORD "->"Uninstall Ap PDF to WORD" to remove the program.
2. Open the Control Panel, double click Add/Remove Programs,and delete "Ap PDF to WORD" to remove the program.

Getting started

Using AP PDF to WROD/RTF Batch Converter

This section describes the AP PDF to WORD/RTF Batch Converter application window and the tools that are available to you when working with PDF documents.

AP PDF to WORD/RTF Batch Converter is very easy to use.All you need to do is to choose the pdf documents that you want to convert and modify the settings,after that you just need to click "Start" button. The main interface looks like below picture.

Quick to use AP PDF to WORD/RTF Batch Converter.

step 1.   You just clik the button "Add Files" or "Add Directories" to add pdf files which will be converted word/rtf files into the programe list,or you can move the mouse upon the programe list and right press mouse,it appears the pop-up menu, you select buttom "Add files..." or "Add directories...",which has same function. It looks like the following window.

step 2.   After the pdf files have been added into the programe list,you can set attributes of any one pdf file,just you move the mouse upon the pdf file and double click mouse,then it appears the following items edit window. If you accept the default settings,the following all you need to do is to click "Start". You can modify pages range and destination directory in the items window,more about pages range,please click here .

step 3.   When all attributes about the pdf file have been sured,all you need to do is click button "OK" to accept or button "Cancel" to reject.If you click button "OK",the programe start to work.It looks like the following window. When the program is working,all button are disabled except the button "Stop".

step 4.   Usually,the pdf files have been converted,you want to view the outputting result word/rtf files.Here you can move the mouse upon the pdf file and right press mouse,it appears pop-up menu, then select button "Browse WORD/RTF Files" to open result word/rtf file automatically.

General options

Click the "Settings" button and when the open file dialog appears, then select the "General" pages.

1. Save Mode

    The system supports two kinds of save mode. You can save the result of word/rtf documents to the input directory,also save to the custom directory.If the custom directory is not exist,it will be created. By default, the system places the word/rtf documents in the same directory with the PDF document. If you need to save word/rtf files to other directories, check the "Save to following directory " and click the "Browse" button. You may also manually type in the directory name or just copy/paste it.

2. Page Range

    The system supports to customize pages.You can select sevral pages document to convert,and even at the discretion of you to convert pages document. Such as "1,2,3","2-100" etc,more information,please reference to pages range setting .

3. Page Zoom

    You can zoom the fonts,images,graphics and the pages to be suitable for reading. The programe supports 50 percent to 200 percent of page size.

4. View WORD/RTF Documents

    When you finished the pdf files which you want to conver into word/rtf files, you can choose the option to view the result word/rtf documents.

Advanced options

Click the "Settings" button and when the open file dialog appears, then select the "Advanced Options " pages.

    Through the advanced options you can set outputting jpeg image compression quality.To check the "Delete all images." buttom ,all image objects within pdf file are restricted to output.To check the "Delete all graphics " buttom ,all graphics objects within pdf file are restricted to output.

Security options

Click the "Settings" button and when the open file dialog appears, then select the "Security Options" pages.

    Usually,There are some PDF documents which encrypted, they cannot be edited or their contents cannot be copied,you will need a password even to see the contents of the documents. Thus, in order to convert the documents, you will need to provide one or even two passwords - one is the owner password and the other is the user password. The program automatically determines the need of the password and will try to use the list of the passwords you have provided.

Log options

Click the "Settings" button and when the open file dialog appears, then select the "Log Options " pages.

    You can sure to record log after you check the "Sure to record system log",and you can place log file at any directory which you like,the log file is default placed at the program directory. Th information that program recorded looks like the following.
